not impressed. priced too high and servings too small. served the bbq sandwiches on wonder bread. the sides were about 4 bites. not alot to choose from.

I just went to the R&S BBQ on Tyler for the first time tonight (8/28).When my husband and I returned home with our food I was disgusted to find a long blond hair wrapped around my order of beef brisket. We decided to take the food back to R&S and try to get our money back. When we got there I asked if I could see the manager. The girl behind the counter said she was the manager with alot of attitude. I thought to myself if your here by yourself and your the manager and it's this bad how bad could the other employee’s be? This restaurant has no standards went it comes to service what so ever because Kayla the "manager" could have braided her hair instead of treating unsuspecting customers to it. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, unless you enjoy eating stranger’s hair.

Yuck! The food was disgusting! The place was full of flies! The BBQ sauce tastes like watery mustard and the "cheesy corn" was horrible. The "cheese" was curdled and the corn was way over cooked. The beans were mush.
30 dollars is way to much to pay for 3 sandwiches 3 sides (which were not edible) and 3 drinks. I will never eat there again.

I Tried out R&S tonight, and i loved the food. The brisket is the best. And its not that expensive. I will go back when ever i get the chance.
